2026年6月に福井県あわら市で開催された「JWLI Bootcamp 2026 Fukui」。その修了生から選出された3名の女性リーダーが、9月17日（木）、東京・Venture Café Tokyoで社会課題解決に向けたピッチを行います。

今回、山田泰久氏、松本和久氏、竹村真紀子氏の3名がコメンテーターとして参加することが決定しました。それぞれの専門性や経験から、3人の女性リーダーの挑戦にコメントします。

Three Women Leaders Take the Stage with Three Expert Commentators
NPO, Special Needs Education, and Park Production Experts Join as Commentators

Three women leaders selected from the JWLI Bootcamp 2026 Fukui alumni will present their social impact initiatives at Venture Café Tokyo on September 17.

Yasuhisa Yamada, Kazuhisa Matsumoto, and Makiko Takemura will join the event as commentators, offering perspectives based on their respective fields and experience.
Please hear their visions for the future and the perspectives of the three commentators.

2026年6月に福井県あわら市で開催された「JWLI Bootcamp 2026 Fukui」には、北陸3県（福井県・石川県・富山県）を中心に、社会課題の解決に取り組む女性リーダー12名が参加しました。3日間の学びを通じて、それぞれの活動や組織の未来に向けた戦略を磨き、次なるアクションへの一歩を踏み出しました。

このたび、最終日のピッチ発表を経て3名の修了生が選出され、9月17日（木）に東京・Venture Café Tokyo（CIC Tokyo内）で開催される「社会を変える。3人の女性リーダーによるピッチ ― JWLI Bootcamp 2026 Fukui Demo Day」に登壇します。

登壇する3名は、ITを活用した聴覚障害者の社会参加支援、医療的ケア児とその家族が安心して旅を楽しめる社会づくり、そして若年層に向けた性暴力予防教育など、それぞれの現場で社会課題の解決に挑んでいます。

3名が描く未来と、社会を変えるための挑戦に、ぜひ耳を傾けてください。

Three alumni from JWLI Bootcamp 2026 Fukui have been selected to present their social impact initiatives at Venture Café Tokyo on September 17, 2026.

The speakers will share their work addressing social challenges including accessibility for people with hearing disabilities, travel support for children with medical care needs and their families, and sexual violence prevention education for young people.

12名の女性リーダーが3日間の学びを経て、アラムナイコミュニティへ

2026年6月5日（金）〜7日（日）の3日間、福井県あわら市にて「JWLI Bootcamp 2026 Fukui」を開催しました。

北陸地域で初開催となった今回のBootcampには、福井・石川・富山を中心に社会課題の解決に取り組む女性リーダー12名が参加しました。

参加者は、講義やワークショップ、対話を中心としたプログラムを通じて、それぞれの活動や組織が抱える課題と向き合いながら、今後のアクションプランを磨きました。また、JWLIアラムナイによるサポートや交流も行われ、地域や世代を超えて学び合う貴重な機会となりました。

プログラム修了後、参加者12名は新たにJWLIアラムナイ コミュニティの一員となりました。今回の参加者を含むJWLIアラムナイの活動は、JWLIのWebサイトでご覧いただけます。

JWLI Bootcamp 2026 Fukui Successfully Concluded

The first JWLI Bootcamp in the Hokuriku region was held in Awara City, Fukui, from June 5–7, 2026, bringing together 12 women leaders working to address social challenges in their communities.
Through three days of learning, dialogue, and action planning, participants strengthened their leadership and refined the next steps for their initiatives.
All participants have now joined the JWLI alumni community and are now part of the growing global JWLI network.

The first JWLI Bootcamp in the Hokuriku region, JWLI Bootcamp 2026 Fukui, will be held in Awara City, Fukui, from June 5–7, 2026.

Bootcamp 卒業生によるピッチと、Fellowship フェローによる報告会を通じて、社会課題に挑む女性リーダーたちの声をぜひお聞きください。

JWLI will take the stage for two back-to-back sessions, which will be held in person at Venture Café Tokyo and also available to join online.
Through pitches by Bootcamp alumni and a debriefing by Fellowship Fellows, you will hear directly from women leaders tackling some of today’s most pressing social challenges.

概要
今年5月、ボストンで4週間にわたり実施された JWLI フェローシップ 2025 に参加した4名のフェローが、移民・難民の就労支援、DEI教育の推進、高齢者の居場所づくりなど、日本社会の喫緊の課題に挑むアクションプランを発表します。学びがどのように行動へ、そして社会の変革へとつながっているのかを共有します。

In this session, four Fellows from the JWLI Fellowship 2025, which took place in Boston this May, will present their two-year action plans. Their initiatives address urgent issues in Japan such as employment support for immigrants and refugees, advancing DEI-focused education, and creating inclusive spaces for seniors. The Fellows will also share early outcomes and changes already taking place, showing how their learnings in Boston are transforming into concrete actions for social change in Japan. *This session will be held in Japanese.

講師を務めるのはJWLIエグゼクティブメンターであり、バブソン大学アントレプレナーシップ准教授　山川恭弘さん。

JWLI Bootcamp参加者は7月の合宿研修に先立って、オンラインにて起業家のマインドセットとは何かを学びます。

【JWLI Bootcampとは】

日本の地方にて地域や社会の課題解決を目指す、主に非営利団体の女性リーダーを対象に、2003年より米国ボストンと日本にて女性リーダー育成研修を運営するJWLI（Japanese Women’s Leadership Initiative）が、プログラムのコアである4週間のボストン研修を3日間の合宿型研修に凝縮し、日本語で提供するリーダーシップ研修。

【開催要項】

  • 開催日時: 2025年7月25日（金）、26日(土)、27日（日）
  • 開催場所: 福岡市植物園内　ボタニカルライフスクエア（〒810-0033 福岡市中央区小笹5丁目1番1号）
  • 対象者:
    • 社会課題や地域の課題解決を目的に活動している女性（主に非営利法人を想定しているが、法人格の種類・有無は問わない）
    • ２泊３日のすべての終日参加が可能である方
    • 九州（福岡・佐賀・長崎・熊本・大分・鹿児島・宮崎）・沖縄・中国（鳥取・島根・岡山・広島・山口）地方を拠点とする方
    • 決定権のある役職や立場（代表者・事務局長レベル）に就いている方
    • 少なくとも1年はすでに活動を継続されている方
  • 参加費: 10,000円（交通費自己負担、宿泊・食事主催者負担）
  • 応募締切: 5月11日（日） 23:59 (日本時間)
  • 募集人数: 20名　※応募多数の場合、書類選考あり

プログラムの特徴:

JWLI Bootcamp in Ishinomaki Update: Day3

6月14日（金）から6月16日（日）に宮城県石巻市で、JWLI Bootcampが行われました。JWLI Bootcampは、2006年から13年間続くJWLIボストンプログラムのエッセンスを、３日間に凝縮した合宿型研修です。8名の宮城県の女性リーダーが、2017年度CCJAファイナリストである兼子佳恵さんが代表理事を務める団体・特定非営利活動法人石巻復興支援ネットワーク（やっぺす）に集いました。

ブートキャンプも、いよいよ最終日に突入。今回共催いただいた、やっぺす 代表理事の兼子佳恵さんが、これまでの活動の軌跡と失敗からの学びについて話しました。山川恭弘さんとのまとめのセッションの後は発表会が行われ、参加者の皆さんがそれぞれの活動、課題とその解決策について発表しました。選出された３名の参加者は、11月7日にベンチャーカフェ東京にて行われるThursday Gatheringにて発表を行います！

The JWLI Bootcamp is almost over! Yoshie Kaneko, the Representative Director of the co-hosting organization, Yappesu, gave a talk on how she leveraged failures for the growths of herself as well as her company. After the summary session with Yasu, the participants gave presentations on their activities. The 3 winners were selected during the presentation; they will be giving pitches at Venture Café Tokyo’s Thursday Gathering on November 7th!
