社会を変える　We can make a difference!

2003年より米国ボストンと日本にて女性リーダー育成研修を運営するJWLIが、プログラムのコアである４週間のボストン研修を3日間の合宿型研修JWLI Bootcampに凝縮し、日本語で提供。

JWLI Bootcampは、社会を先取りし、地域やコミュニティの声を代弁し、より良い未来社会を創造するリーダーを育成するプログラムです。2003年から続くJWLI（Japanese Women’s Leadership Initiative）の4週間にわたるボストンでのプログラムを、3日間の合宿型研修に凝縮し、JWLIのエッセンスを日本語で提供します。

2026年は福井県にて6月5日（金）〜7日（日）に開催、
応募締め切りは2026年3月25日（水）です。

募集説明会をオンラインにて開催します。

Calling Women Leaders Active in Hokuriku (Fukui, Toyama, Ishikawa)!

JWLI Bootcamp is a leadership development program that cultivates forward-looking women who amplify voices in their communities and contribute to building a better future society.

Adapted from the JWLI Fellowship—a four-week program held in Boston since 2003—the Bootcamp condenses its core essence into a three-day immersive training program delivered in Japanese.

In 2026, the JWLI Bootcamp will be held in Fukui Prefecture from June 5 (Fri) to June 7 (Sun).

We will introduce the program in detail—including the curriculum, eligibility requirements, and selection process and answer any questions.
