「JWLI Women’s Fund」第1期公募開始
フィッシュファミリー財団は、世界的な2つのフィランソロピー財団とともに、共同助成基金 「JWLI Women’s Fund」 を設立しました。
20年以上にわたり女性リーダー育成に取り組んできたJWLIの新たな取り組みとして、女性がリードする非営利団体およびジェンダー平等の推進に取り組む団体を対象に、トラスト・ベースド・フィランソロピーの考え方のもと、助成金に加え、組織基盤強化やリーダー育成、エコシステム形成を支援します。
第1期公募は2026年9月13日（日）まで受付中です。
並木則子がJWLI CEOに就任
2026年7月より、並木則子がJWLI CEO（フィッシュファミリー財団）に就任しました。
並木は、長年にわたり非営利組織の経営とリーダーシップに携わってきた経験を生かし、JWLIのリーダーシッププログラムのさらなる発展と、JWLI Women’s Fundをはじめとする新たな取り組みを牽引していきます。
Applications Now Open: JWLI Women’s Fund
We are excited to announce the launch of the JWLI Women’s Fund, a new collaborative grantmaking initiative established by The Fish Family Foundation together with two global philanthropic partners.
Building on more than 20 years of advancing women’s leadership in Japan through JWLI, the Fund supports women-led nonprofit organizations and organizations advancing gender equality through trust-based philanthropy, organizational strengthening, leadership development, and ecosystem building.
Applications are open through September 13, 2026.
*Please note that the application, selection process, and program activities will all be conducted in Japanese.
Welcoming Noriko Namiki as CEO
We are also pleased to welcome Noriko Namiki as Chief Executive Officer of JWLI at Fish Family Foundation.
Bringing more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience, Noriko will lead JWLI’s next phase of growth, including the continued expansion of its leadership programs and the launch of the JWLI Women’s Fund. We are excited for this new chapter under her leadership.
並木則子について：
2026年7月よりJWLI CEOに就任。前職ではハワイ州の YWCA Oʻahu にて約13年間CEOを務め、非営利組織の運営、資金調達、組織基盤強化、地域連携など幅広い経験を有する。現在はJWLIの新たなフェーズを率い、女性リーダー育成に加え、女性が率いる組織やエコシステム全体を支える取り組みを推進している。
About Noriko Namiki:
Before joining JWLI, Noriko served as Chief Executive Officer of YWCA Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi’s oldest and largest women’s organization. Drawing on more than a decade of nonprofit leadership experience, she is leading JWLI’s next phase of growth, strengthening women leaders, the organizations they lead, and the ecosystems that support lasting social change.
