JWLI Scholarship × Link Theory Japan: 「Closet for Needs」プログラムからのご支援報告

2021年に創設したJWLI Scholarshipは、国際社会の担い手であり才能あふれた移民・難民の背景を持つ女性のための奨学金制度です。

今年6月にリンク・セオリー・ジャパンより、JWLI Scholarshipスカラー2名に「Closet for Needs」プログラムを通じてスーツをご寄贈いただきました。「Closet for Needs」は、リンク・セオリー・ジャパンが運営する衣服が必要な方々を支援する取り組みです。今回、卒業を控えたスカラーたちは、この訪問を通じて、自信を持って社会に踏み出す準備を整えました。

JWLI Scholarship, launched in 2021, aims to protect human rights of women immigrants and refugees in Japan by offering equal opportunity to access to higher education with financial assistance and support services.

During our visit to Link Theory Japan in June, two JWLI Scholarship scholars nearing graduation received suits through the “Closet for Needs” program. “Closet for Needs” is a program, operated by Link Theory Japan, that provides clothing to those in need, empowering young individuals as they prepare to enter the professional world. The scholars, now ready to take their next steps with confidence, were greatly encouraged by this generous support.
