パリテ・アカデミーは若手女性政治リーダーシップ養成を行い女性やマイノリティが対等に意思決定に参画することで、ジェンダー平等と多様性が尊重される社会の実現をめざしています。 大学卒業後、建設省（現国土交通省）の外郭団体に勤務後、女性関連施設（男女平等センター、全国女性会館協議会、（公財）日本女性学習財団）等を経て、現職。 自治体の男女共同参画会議・子ども子育て・防災の審議会委員などを務め、女性に対する暴力防止支援や毎年4月10日に女性参政権行使記念イベント「パリテ・キャンペーン」、気軽に政治の話ができる場づくり「パリテカフェ」等の市民活動を行っています。

The Parity Academy nurtures young women's political leadership, striving for a society where gender equality and diversity thrive through inclusive decision-making. Following university, I worked for a government affiliate, then gained experience in feminist roles at gender equality centers and women's organizations. Currently, I serve on municipal committees focusing on gender equality, child welfare, and disaster preparedness. Actively engaged in citizen initiatives, I promote women's rights, including violence prevention and suffrage campaigns. I also facilitate political dialogues like Parity Cafés.
