出産をきっかけに未来を作るための言語や戦略、コラボレーションに興味を持ちスウェーデンの大学院で学ぶ。子どもと女性がのびのびできる社会や繋がりを体験し、日本でも子どもも大人も対等に学ぶ場を作り始める。2022年から大学院のプログラムと対話の実践練習及びデザイン思考のエッセンスを地域で学び、日本全国で交流するプログラム「宇宙船地球号ミッション！」及び、みまもる大人たちの研修を開発。のべ200人の賛同を得て、大型のプロジェクトチームをオンラインで運営中。主体的な子どもの学びを支える大人の在り方指標開発中。Aチームが生まれ、育つ場づくりの実践者であり、Art of Hosting Japanの世話人。

After giving birth, Yurie became interested in languages, strategies, and collaborations for creating the future and studied at a graduate school in Sweden. There, I experienced a society and connections where children and women can thrive freely, and started creating spaces in Japan where both children and adults can learn on equal footing. Since 2022, Yurie developed” Spaceship Earth Mission!” projects packing with the essence of dialogue practice, design thinking, and sustainability concepts that she learned in Sweden. She is also a a steward of Art of Hosting Japan and practice dialogues and collaboration.
