Yuri Hatta is an analyst and consultant working in the Japan Management Association Research Institute (JAMR).The JAMR is a unique family of nine organizations that focuses on management consultation, management education, system development, research and publishing. Yuri focuses on supporting municipal offices on communicating their plans and policies to their residents. She also facilitates the dialogue between the municipalities and residents by hosting workshops. Besides her current work, Yuri also plans to study how to finance small organizations, so she can raise money for nonprofit organizations from the private sector of Japan.
