難聴者の自立をひとつの通過点と考え、学生時代を楽しみ、青春を満喫し、社会に出ても自分らしく働けることを目標にします。 デフサポでは3つの事業を行っています。 １、デフゼミを使って聴こえない子供の「ことばの力」を育むサポートをします。 ２、企業研修／コンサルで「ダイバーシティ、障害者採用、管理職研修、マニュアル作り」などを実施しています。 ３、「難聴」について広く知ってもらうために認知活動を行っています。 「デフサポちゃんねる：12.4万人,Instagram：1.2万人, Tiktok：2.6万人など」
