金融情報サービス等を経て米国テキサス州立大学オースティン校へMBA留学後、日本IBMにて製造業コンサルティング等に従事。2009年、育休中に親子支援団体を立ち上げ、2013年創業。 ワンオペ育児を経て埼玉名古屋2拠点生活しながら、これまでに6000人の女性コミュニティを創造し、経産省や自治体、企業との協働プロジェクトを通して、女性のライフステージに合わせたキャリアアップ、雇用創出、起業支援事業や、中高生/大学生/留学生向けアントレプレナーシップ教育事業を展開中。

After earning an MBA from the University of Texas, I worked in manufacturing industry consulting at Japan IBM. In 2009, while on parental leave, I founded a support organization for parents. Since then, I've focused on building a community of 6,000 women, supporting their careers and entrepreneurship, and developing programs for students. I'm also actively involved in shaping the local startup ecosystem. After five years of single-handed childcare, I now split my time between Saitama and Nagoya.
