Single Parent101代表。自身が離婚を考えたときに、誰に何を相談すればよいのか全くわからなかったことや、支援機関の適切な情報に行き着けなかったことから 「これは個人的な問題なのか、社会課題なのか」を調べるため、離婚シングルマザー30人に聞き取り調査を実施。ここで仲間に出会い、2014年に団体設立。2015年に、調査をまとめた冊子「プレシングルマザーヒントBOOK私たちの選択と決断～離婚、子どもと漕ぎ出す新たな未来～」を発行。その後、静岡市の福祉事務所で「ひとり親家庭相談窓口」相談員を5年間担当。ひとり親の生きづらさは社会構造の歪みによって引き起こされており、社会は意識変容で変えることができると確信。ひとり親当事者支援、ひとり親支援者支援、未来の当事者支援の3本柱で事業をすすめ、全国の仲間と政策提言も行う。

Shiho founded an organisation to support pre-single mothers after her experience of not knowing who or what to talk to when she decided to get divorced and struggling to find information on appropriate support organisations. She is also active in policy advocacy and lobbying and she has published two books 'Our Choices and Decisions - Divorce and a New Future with Children' (2015). 'Pre-single mothers' handbook' (2023)
