静岡県浜松市出身。日本に来た難民の活躍機会を作り出すNPO法人WELgee代表。大学時代はバングラデシュの紛争地にてNGOの駐在員・国連開発計画(UNDP)インターンとして平和構築プロジェクトに参画し、国家が守らない・守れない人たちの存在を目の当たりにして帰国。 2016年に日本に逃れてきた難民の仲間たちとWELgeeを設立。「WELgee Talents」にて難民人材と日本企業を繋ぐ人材コーディネーション事業を展開。Forbes 30 under 30のJapan / Asia 選出。日経ウーマン・オブ・ザ・イヤー2022受賞。静岡文化芸術大学卒業、東京大学大学院 総合文化研究科・人間の安全保障プログラム 修士課程修了。トビタテ！留学JAPAN一期。サンデーモーニングコメンテーター。埼玉県川口市多文化共生指針策定委員。法政大学「国際NGO論」非常勤講師。2歳児育児に奮闘中！

Originally from Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. Founder of the NPO WELgee, which creates opportunities for refugees who have come to Japan. During her university years, she participated in peace-building projects as an NGO resident and an intern for the UNDP in conflict areas of Bangladesh, witnessing firsthand the existence of people not protected or unable to be protected by their own nations. Upon returning to Japan, she established WELgee in 2016 with fellow refugees who had fled to Japan. "WELgee Talents" develops a talent coordination that connects refugee talents with Japanese companies through. She was selected for Forbes 30 under 30 in Japan/Asia and received the Nikkei Woman of the Year 2022 award. She graduated from Shizuoka University of Art and Culture and completed a master of Human Security Program at the University of Tokyo.
