NPO法人若者メンタルサポート協会の代表として10代の支援活動を行なう。幼少期から波瀾な人生を送った経験を活かし、2012年に若者の24時間LINE相談活動を始め2015年NPOを設立。ブログで心が楽になるメッセージを発信しながら波瀾な生い立ちも赤裸々に公表し、虐待や様々な環境に苦しむ若者から多い時は月に4万通を超える相談が寄せられている。子どもの心理や現状を伝える専門家として講演活動や執筆など幅広く活動し、また長年の活動実績から様々な行動をする若者をタイプ別に分析したオリジナルメソッドを構築し、子どもの気持ちに寄り添えるカウンセラー育成にも力を入れている。少年院を出た少女を養子縁組し更生させた経験からの思春期の子育て法などの講演も好評を博している。著書に「あなたは何も悪くない(サンマーク出版)」がある。

As the representative of the NPO Youth Mental Support Association, I engage in support activities for teenagers. Drawing from a tumultuous life since childhood, I initiated 24-hour LINE counseling for young people in 2012 and established the NPO in 2015. Through blogging, I share uplifting messages while candidly disclosing my turbulent upbringing. As a result, I receive over 40,000 consultations per month from young people struggling with abuse and various hardships. As a specialist conveying children's psychology and current circumstances, I am involved in a wide range of activities such as public speaking and writing. Leveraging years of experience, I have developed an original method that analyzes young people's behaviors by type, focusing on nurturing counselors who can empathize with children's feelings. My successful lectures also include topics like parenting adolescents based on experiences of adopting and rehabilitating a girl released from a juvenile correctional facility. My book "You Are Not at Fault" (published by Sanmark) has received acclaim.
