教育現場での20年以上の経験と"Be Who You Want to Be"が可能な社会を作りたいという思いから、2022年にNPO法人こそだてビレッジを東京で設立。多様性（DEI）を基盤としたインクルーシブな学びの場を提供しています。こそだてビレッジでは、1.5歳から9歳までが通えるRYOZAN PARK Montessoriを運営。多国籍なスタッフチームを率い、モンテッソーリ教育を通じて、子どもたち一人ひとりの個性を尊重する環境を創造しています。また、DEIに基づく学びを広げるための地域コミュニティワークショップを開催し、保護者や地域とのつながりを重視。立教大学で異文化コミュニケーションの修士号を取得。教育と地域社会の橋渡し役として、全ての子どもと家族が自分らしく輝ける社会を目指し活動しています。

Naomi founded Kosodate Village in Tokyo in 2022 to promote DEI in education. With 23years of experience in education, Naomi is dedicated to creating inclusive learning environments for children and families. Under Kosodate Village, Naomi runs Ryozan Park Montessori, an international pre-school and kindergarten for children aged 1.5 to 9, and leads a multinational staff team as a principle. The school offers early childhood education programs and community workshops designed to broaden access to DEI-based learning and foster community connections. Naomi holds a Master’s in Intercultural Communication from Rikkyo University.
