大学卒業後、事業会社勤務を経て一念発起し公認会計士試験合格。大手監査法人にて会計監査、地方自治体にて業務監査に従事した後、独立。本業と並行するボランティア活動として、日本公認会計士協会近畿会に新設されたダイバーシティ推進委員会委員長に就任。これが自らの課題認識とマッチし、女性活躍、働き方、キャリア、組織マネジメントに関する会員対象の調査研究や啓発イベント企画運営の実績は多数となる。その結果、本業おいても営利企業及び非営利組織の両方にダイバーシティ推進支援を行うようになる。上場企業の社外取締役としても、推進支援を実施中。 今後はさらに多様なダイバーシティ実践社会を目指して、新分野への展開を検討中。

Mayuko became a certified public accountant after working for a business company. After working as an auditor for a major audit firm and a local government, she became a sole proprietor. In parallel with her main job, she volunteered as the chairperson of the Diversity Promotion Committee established by the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants Kinki Chapter (JICPA). She has conducted numerous diversity-related surveys, research, and educational events for the members. As a result, she began to support diversity promotion as her main business. She is planning expanding into new fields with the aim of creating a diversity society.
