2001年にジョイセフ入団。セクシュアル・リプロダクティブ・ヘルス・ライツ（性と生殖に関する健康と権利）を推進するために、社会行動変容コミュニケーション（SBCC）分野で、開発途上国での複数のプロジェクトに横断的に入り技術協力を行っている。参加型ワークショップを通じて、住民と共にコミュニケーション戦略、メッセージや啓発教材制作や使い方研修を実施している。

Kei Yoshidome is the Senior Expert at the Japanese Organization for International Cooperation in Family Planning (JOICFP). She has devoted herself to creating an environment for realizing sexual and reproductive health and rights in more than 17 countries around the world as social and behaviour change communication (SBCC) expert, concentrating on those who have less access to the information and services.
