ブラジル学校エスコーラネクターを運営するNPO希望の光の代表。ブラジル／リオデジャネイロ生まれの日本育ち。ブラジル学校と公立校のダブルスクールを経て、青山学院大学・大学院を修了。自身も移民として育った経験を活かし、日本の外国人の子どもに関わる包括支援を展開。

Iassue leads Kibo No Hikari, a nonprofit organization operating Escola Nectar, a Brazilian school taught in Portuguese. Founded in 1995 and recognized by both Brazilian and Japanese governments, Nectar serves grades 1–12, enrolling 30 students annually and educating over 2,000 to date. Its Japanese language curriculum and career planning are national models for supporting immigrant youth in building successful careers in Japan. Born in Rio de Janeiro and raised in Japan, Iassue brings her unique immigrant perspective to her leadership, fostering educational opportunities and social integration for Brazilian communities.
