2021年夏に構想を開始し、延べ500人以上が関わったほぼ素人リノベーションで、「つながる図書館」を2023年春に設立しました。この私設図書館は、一箱本棚オーナー制度を取り入れ、私設公民館、コミュニティカフェ、コミュニティガーデンを併設しています。この場を基盤に、2024年2月にNPO法人つながりつながる研究所を設立しました。地域課題の解決、自分とのつながり、大地とのつながり、そして社会とのつながりを通じて、それぞれが自分のやりたいことを実現できる地域づくりを目指しています。対話と協働を重視し、地域全体の持続可能な発展に寄与します。個人としては、アーティストとしてHaLo名義で3枚のアルバムをリリースし、ayako_HaLoとしてナレーターとしても活動。石岡市教育委員を拝命している（2024年現在）一児の母。

In the summer of 2021, I began envisioning what would become the "Tsunagaru Library," named after the Japanese word "tsunagaru," meaning "to connect." It was established in the spring of 2023 through a renovation project that involved a total of over 500 participant engagements, most of whom were non-professionals. This private library incorporates a unique "One Box Bookshelf Owner" system and includes a private community center, café, and garden. Building on this foundation, we established the nonprofit organization Tsunagaru Tsunagaru Research Institute in February 2024. Our mission is to create a community where people can achieve their aspirations by addressing regional issues and fostering connections with themselves, the land, and society. We emphasize dialogue and collaboration, contributing to the sustainable development of the entire region. As an artist, I have released three collaborative albums under the name HaLo and work as a narrator under the name ayako_HaLo. I also serve as a Board of Education member of Ishioka City (as of 2024) and am the mother of one child.
