日本の女性における社会問題を解決したいと志し、学生時代Femtech領域にて起業を経験後に、2022年にソーシャルビジネスを世界中で展開する株式会社ボーダレス・ジャパンに新卒で入社。2023年に株式会社SISTERSを設立し、誰もが尊厳を守られる社会を目指して、民間企業へのハラスメント対策支援を行う。翌年にNPO法人SISTERSを設立し、全国の小中高校で性暴力予防のための包括的性教育に取り組んでいる。

Aine is a social entrepreneur who started her first venture as a university student, driven by a desire to solve the social challenges women face in Japan. After gaining experience in the Femtech space, she joined Borderless Japan as a new graduate in 2022 — a company scaling social businesses across the globe. In 2023, she founded SISTERS Inc., offering harassment prevention solutions to private-sector companies. The following year, she established SISTERS NPO, championing comprehensive sexuality education to prevent sexual violence in schools at every level nationwide.
