慶応大学卒業後、日立製作所入社。IT営業、宣伝/広報部門を経て2008年、双子妊娠でやむなく退社。海外マーケティングを支援するグローバルステージを2011年に設立。2013年、非営利団体日本ワーキングママ協会（現、日本ウィメンリーダー協会） を創設。2016年より株式会社コメ兵社外取締役として女性管理職の活躍を推進。2019年に米国へ移住し、中学校から大学を対象としたグローバルSTEAM探究教材「InterEd」を米国で開発、国内外へ展開。2022年より公益財団法人山田進太郎D&I財団に参画し、広報・マーケティング・調査分野の責任者としてSTEM分野のジェンダーギャップ解消と次世代女性人材の育成に尽力。4児の母。米国在住。

Saori, a pioneering force in the social sector, is steadfastly dedicated to empowering girls and women. The visionary behind Global Stage Inc. and the Women Leaders Association of Japan, Saori transcends leadership, embodying a catalyst for change. As an external director at Komehyo, Inc. since 2016, she has been forging a path for women in management. In 2019, Saori crossed borders to the US, sparking change through the global STEAM educational material, InterEd. At the Yamada Shintaro D&I Foundation, she directs PR, marketing, and research, passionately closing gender gaps in STEM.
